Our Story
On a mission of revolutionizing bath experience.
Phase 1: The Beginning
It was late 2016 in December. I was just celebrating my sweet 17 birthday. What I cared about is school, tutoring, & friends. Starting a business was never something I planned to do.

But, I did, & the chaotic journey began.
Without any business experience or exposure to this world, I accidentally started a business. I made my first bath bomb that year out of curiosity. I would go home after school and making bath bombs till midnight. I just knew I was having fun.
Until I met Tiara.
In the midst of her busy life as a mother and running her online business, she told me: Maiimi has been her friend, where taking a bath was the only way she had time for herself.
Somehow, that little story has guided me in finding a purpose. To be there, just like for Tiara.
I feel that my dream is as simple as accompanying you to be your friend, who always reminds you to take care of yourself, in the midst of your daily busy life.

Then, this beautiful chaos, begins.
Phase 2: The Present
I’m in love with the idea of a bath. I feel like there’s something magical with bathing experiences. A sacred ritual just with me & my thoughts. Being vulnerable (literally…naked) & open with myself. A time with zero distractions. Everything goes in slow motion & allows me to dive and connect with myself in the simplest form of our daily routine.
In this fast-paced ‘hustle culture’ environment, where everything comes in instant, competitive and demanding, I feel overwhelmed at times. Stress, self comparison, impatient, to believing unrealistic beauty standards if something I experienced myself.
Yet, I believe I'm not alone. There are millions of people & you, who might share the same challenges with me. We constantly push ourselves in sprint mode, while neglecting taking a rest, an essential part of our growth. By taking a bath, & allowing ourselves to hit your mental reset button, we give our mind its best chance to float toward a positivity, happiness, & leads to creative ideas; by just letting our mind wander.
So for all the strong women out there, super moms, a hustler, a big dreamer, I dedicated this life-long journey with you. As a friend who believes in you. As a friend who reminds you to take care of yourself amidst your days of chasing dreams.
Thank you so much for fighting for the best version of yourself every day, you did a great job. I understand some days could be very rough to just survive yet I believe you can get through this.
One day, I believe Maiimi will become the highest standard of bath & body brands, pushing the walls into a global brand. Yet, now, the only thing that truly matters is building exceptional products & experiences for our customers. You’ll be the first to witness. ♡
